Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

This site uses WP Forms to make it easy for you to contact us if you have questions. WP complies with GDPR Privacy Regulations for storing data and information you give us is protected with encryption at rest and in transit. You may contact us at any time requesting that we delete your information and this data will be permanently removed from our WP account storage. The data is not used for marketing purposes other than contacts to you via direct individual email or phone call.

This site uses the WP to collect information relating to classes you register for. All forms that you choose to complete ask for your explicit consent to collect and store the data you provide. None of this data is shared with any outside sources for marketing or any other purpose other than the following:

When you register for a class, your name, address, phone, and email address are shared with ICRT Reiki Membership Organization for registration purposes. The ICRT has Privacy Policies in place.

At any time, you may contact us and request a copy of this data as well as ask us to remove your data.

Appointy Scheduling

This site uses Appointy Scheduling to facilitate booking sessions with our Practitioners. Acuity Scheduling complies with GDPR Privacy Regulations for storing data and information you give us. We have signed the International Data Transfer Agreement that outlines our agreement to adequate safety guards with respect to the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals for the transfer of personal data. At any time, you may contact us and request a copy of this data as well as ask us to remove your data.

Cookies

To enhance the performance and functionality of our site, we may use session and persistent “cookies” that store a small text file on your computer and collect certain information about your visit to our site. Personal Data is not in stored in the cookies used on our website. A “session” cookie is stored only in your computer’s working memory (RAM) and only lasts for your browsing session. It is used for server performance tracking. When you close all your browser’s windows, or when you shut down your computer, the session cookie disappears forever. Other tracking technologies. We do not share your data with any outside providers or sources. Should you purchase services from this site, information relative to your order is stored in Appointy and (what registration program are we using) allowing us to deliver the services you ordered. When you choose to subscribe to our Newsletter, your information and preferences are stored in MailChimp. This information is never shared with anyone. Every email we send you from MailChimp has a link where you can unsubscribe.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
