Choice 5: No Lodging
You are registering for the September 2027 retreat without lodging.
The Retreat includes 9 meals and entertainment. 7 am-9 pm each day. Meals are on a sensitive timeline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the host cancels the events you receive 100% refund.
- Below applies only to full payments. Deposits are nonrefundable.
- Single rooms: Nonrefundable.
- No refunds for cancellations in August and September.
- Extra payment/transfer fees apply.
- Refund Policy (Double and Triple occupancy rooms only): No refunds for single rooms.
- Cancellations before January 2027: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations from February to May 2027: Eligible for a 25% refund.
Deposit and Payment info
If you can’t pay for the entire package upfront, you can secure your spot. Place a deposit of 35% of the price. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you an invoice. Please note that all invoices must be settled in full at least 30 days before the retreat date.
