Meditation Class with Join Diane Grattafiori/ DG Yoga
Once a month 7:30 – 8:30 PM
This is a weekly meditation class for beginners and intermediate placement.
You will start by sun salutations and a few yoga postures to help for sitting and connecting the mind and body.
This class will be introduced to mediation breath and using Mala’s plus two of the four divisions of meditation. Centering on objects (savitarka samadhi) and abstracts (savichra samadhi) .
